Training & Career Guidance at Avanthi Degree College broaden the horizon of students by conducting various career related sessions. Thought provoking sessions are further encouraged students to acquire necessary self development skills to compete this competitive world. Hence brain storming sessions on motivation and personality development are conducted every year.

The proposed basic training consists of the following modules and for a period of 60 hours duration. Timing will be based on the conveniences of different batches/groups and as a part of time-table.
