the primary person in organizing National seminars, Tech Symposia, Guest
Lectures, Industrial visits, Faculty development Programs. She has
organized 36 National Seminars and more than 60 Extra & Co Curricular
Activities & Personality Development Sessions. She Maintains healthy
relation between Industries and Academia. She always look for innovative
way to improve Employability Skills of the Students.
Avanthi believes that complete development of a student into a holistic
person requires active participation of the parents too. Thus the
institution is in constant touch with parents informing them about the
performance of their wards through correspondence and face to face
meetings

He has vast 27 years of Experience in Teaching & Administration and has 10 years of Industrial experience. He presented research papers and participated in various seminars. He worked as Principal for MBA College for 2 years and 1 year for Degree College. At present working as Director for Avanthi Degree and PG college and managed 1,00,000 students. He worked for many years as chief superintendent of Examination Branch and conducted OU and Govt. exams successfully. He is lover of Poetry and authored 2 Books. He chaired 2 National and International conferences. He organized many Guest lectures , Industrial visits and Faculty Development Programs.
