Prof. T. Mohan Singh has taken over the charge as Principal of Avanthi Degree College, Barkathpura & Narayanaguda . Under his guidance and control, the college is making a high progress. His magnanimous approach with courteous touch got him endeared to all the staff and students. He is a retired Principal of College of Arts and Social Sciences O.U.

 
Qualification : M.A., Ph.D., (Double Gold Medalist)

Awards :
               (i) Being a Scholar of National repute, he authored 10 books and published 220
                    Papers in various Journals.

             (ii) He guided 25 Scholars for M.Phil and 22 Scholars for PhD degree

            (iii) He edited about 24 second language Hindi and optional Hindi Text books for Govt. of AP., AP                    Open Schools Society, Board of Intermediate Education, Osmania University and Ambedkar                    Open University.

                  
Awards       : He is the recipient of Best Teacher Award, Janma Bhoomi Award from Govt. of AP and 12                        other awards.
