Reading is regarded as one of the most enriching habits for the simple reason that it is not just a hobby or a pass time that entertains you, but it is also an educational activity and hence brings to you a vast reservoir of knowledge. Reading increases the drive for knowledge and inspires people to gain more information. A library not only helps to inculcate the habit of reading but injects a thirst for knowledge and open to new ideas.

Thus a library is a treasure of valuable books for the people to use and gain from it. At Avanthi’s library there exist a large number of reference books, Journals & Encyclopedias that provide information about wide ranging subjects for students to understand the concepts in their curriculum. The reference books often provide in depth information about various subjects and thus help in the process of education.

Academics excel only when teaching fraternity uses state of art courseware in imparting course curriculum to the students. In this context we are proud to say that our faculty is encouraged to use latest teaching aids like OHP, LCD Projector and internet connectivity. At our campus we have well spacious and ventilated seminar hall accommodating 175 to 200 students with audio-visual aid, OHP and LCD facilities available to conduct regular orientation programmes like extension lectures, guest lectures, personality development classes, e-class etc.

Canteen is not just the place where you go to eat. Especially in colleges and institutes of education this place is an open arena for debate, argumentative sessions on different issues, cracking gossips, kidding and having loads of fun with cutlets, burgers, tea, coffee and coke in between as gap fillers.
